•During workup for hypokalemia:
cortisol 8 am : 164 mic/dl ACTH : 68.5 • referred to Firoozgar Hospital with a possible diagnosis of
Cushing syndrome. |
•A gentleman ,single , 39 y/o with history of headache from 3 months ago,
•Weight gain( -), Typic stria ( -) , Myopathy (-) , Blurred vision ( -)

•PMH: Neg
•SH : Neg
•BMI : 38

•A female 52 y/o case of non functioning pituitary adenoma
•
•Early presentation was headache and blurred vision.
•
•Who underwent surgery 4 years age.
•She has refer for recurrence.
•PMH: DM (-) , HTN ( - )
•
•DH : Sertraline 50 mg daily
Spray DDAVP for one month after surgery |
