•A 19-year-old boy, presented with H/A after COVID which lasts over 2 months.

•He was labeled as NFPA according to pituitary MRI.

•

•He underwent TSS in 1400.6.6

•

•Pathology report:sellar chondrosarcoma,Grade2.

•Drug hx:

prednisolone 5mg daily.

levothyroxine50 micro daily.

Ca-D daily.

Amp testosterone 250 mg monthly.

Case 1:

•A 42 y/o man, single, case of craniopharyngioma who

underwent surgery 8 years ago ( early presentation :

recent memory loss , decreased appetite, polydipsia,

drowsiness, decreased libido), he has referred for recurrence.

q Drug history:

Levothyroxine 150 mcg daily

Amp testosterone 250 mg every 3 weeks

Hydrocortisone 30 mg daily

Desmopressin spray daily

Case:

•A 27 Y/O female was referred by gynecologist due to high prolactin in routine checkup.

•She has no history of galactorrhea or irregular mense or infertility.

•pituitary MRI was performed for her and lesion about 8*9mm was detected.

•PMHX:regular mense,no weakness ,no weight gain,no change in shoe size,

•Drug hx:atorvastatine 40 mg after lab test.

•Habbit:(-)

•P/E:wt:78 Ht:168 BMI:27.8

•Others:Normal

•Early presentation was headache and blurred vision.

•Who underwent surgery 4 years age.

•She has refer for recurrence.

•PMH: DM (-) , HTN ( - )

•

•DH : Sertraline 50 mg daily

•

Spray DDAVP for one month after surgery
