•A 32 y/o male came from afghanistan,with chief complain of neck swelling.
•He had abdominal pain from one years ago went to physicion and in physical exam his doctor detect a mass in his neck.
•Abdominal sonography & ct and neck sono was done in afghanistan for him .
•the pt came to IRAN for further evaluation.
•PMHX(-)
•Drug hx(-)
•Addiction to cannabis and opium (+)
